Job DescriptionTitle: Credit Collection Analyst Location: Bensenville, ILHire Type: Direct HireSalary: $65k - $70kBenefits: Medical, dental, vison, 401KMust have: Manufacturing industry experience Work Type: 100% onsite Summary:The Credit Collections Analyst will handle day to day collection activities, will handle credit holds, trade references, and credit reports. Will make recommendations on strategies to minimize credit risk to the company and support as back up to Credit Manager.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day Collection activitiesCustomer calls and emails, payment dispute resolution, with goal of reduction in AR past dues and improving cash flow Maintain detailed and organized Customer Credit files and collection call notesProcess new Credit requests and monitor existing customers for creditworthiness- Including review of credit reports, Trade References, Financials, and other research as needed.
