Account Manager - Live and Virtual Event

DescriptionResponsible for generating new business to expand current customer base and supporting existing clientele as requiredExceptional Customer Service is expected - understanding our client's needs, goals and meeting themProvide accurate and timely submittal of sales quotations to appropriate internal team and technical staff; work with Operations Managers to increase efficiencies and reduce cost through utilization of inventory and laborMaintain a healthy pipeline at all times that ensures achievement of established revenue targetsAttend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and appropriate venue meetings as necessary to support the customer event experienceAttend industry functions including tradeshows, networking events and forumsRevenue Generation:Meet andor exceed all company sales goals and objectives as it relates to this positionUnderstand event cost structure and incorporate this according to established profitability guidelinesIdentify and secure exclusive and preferred status agreements working with senior management through the sales and contracting phaseTravel:It is expected that this position will require a moderate to considerable amount of travel to customer and vendor sites.
