As a Catering Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that catering operations meet required standards and financial goals. This position requires Monday through Friday availability. Some key responsibilities: Develops and implements catering service standards and standards of operation for the department.Identifies clientguest needs and interacts in a positive, proactive mannerResponsible for ensuring that customer complaints are appropriately handles and rectifiedManages daily catered functionsOversees the maintenance of adequate equipment, product, and decoration inventories.Plans menus, layout, decor, and booking entertainment (when appropriate) for catered events.Operates within the budget.Manages a team- hires, trains, coaches, counsels and provides progressive discipline, as needed.
