Join our growing team today, and be a change agent for children.Deliver powerful results To achieve our vision, we are searching for Community Alliance Managers with a Bachelor's degree and who can proficiently speak and write in Spanish, along with a proven record of superb interpersonal skills and proven organizational abilities. The position title will be commensurate with candidate experience relative to Zeta's organizational levels.Responsibilities: Serve as an ambassador of Zeta's burgeoning brand and a catalyst for all school community communications and event planningFoster relationships with students, staff, families, and other stakeholders in order to ensure all members of the community feel welcomed, informed, and includedExecuting projects and tasks including managing the school events calendar, overseeing student enrollment, and compiling and distributing weekly parent communications and newslettersCreate and adhere to processes designed for operational excellence and efficiency, with the support of the Operations DirectorServe as the point person in our front office, ensuring all Zeta visitors receive world-class serviceJoin our purpose-driven community Zeta teammates are lifelong learners who live with child-like joy and a deep sense of purpose. The salary range for this position is between $58,500 and $76,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity.
