We are a tenured and supportive group who enjoy Annalect's dynamic environment and engaging company culture. The Finance group includes sub-functions including, Client Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Finance Support and Billing Operations. Collectively, the team is responsible for executing month-end close, monthly forecasting, variance reporting, internal management reporting, profitability management, financial modeling to support new projects and investments. We partner with Annalect leadership and work closely with internal agency partners, corporate groups, and network shared services teams.Position OverviewAnnalect is seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Finance (FP&A) with 15+ years of experience, who possesses superior financial operations, accounting, reporting and analysis skills as well as excellent talent management and interpersonal communication skills. Reporting to the CFOCOO, this position is responsible for directing day-to-day operations of the Finance team and all FP&A deliverables. Major areas of responsibility include direct business partnership with Global stakeholders, Financial Planning and Analysis, Income accounting and Billing Operations, support for numerous strategic initiatives. We are looking for a strong leader and manager accustomed to driving talent transformation on the Finance team, while evolving operational processes, policies and systems. Our business delivers consistent, significant growth requiring strategic investments in talent and infrastructure. Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will be responsible for the following: Lead the day-to-day financial operations of the Finance team with full accountability for multiple P&Ls and execution of timely and accurate deliverablesManagement of the Finance team, while ensuring that members are empowered, properly supported and accountable for delivering set objectives. You will monitor and assess department work quality with a focus on driving greater efficiency and optimal resource utilizationIn addition to strong management skills, this role is best suited for someone who knows when to remain hands-on and be accountable for personal deliverables.Manage and support the FP&A, Income Accounting, Billing Operations & HC-Compensation teams with the following:Month-end close and monthly reforecastsEnsure timely, accurate and insightful reporting of all monthly financial information to internal management and external stakeholders, highlighting key trends, variances as well as risks and opportunities for leadershipDrive preparation of annual budgets and budget presentations, ensuring alignment with strategic plan, external guidance, and overall financial targetsMonitor and implement all accountingreporting changes and requirements issued by network group Finance and Accounting teamsExecution of client and intercompany billing and collectionsConsistently evaluate financial processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and strategic analysisSupport Finance and Business Leadership in the development and execution of cost allocation frameworks and evaluation of strategic initiativesWork closely with business leads and internal partners to provide financial support and guidanceEnsure all appropriate internal controls have been identified, developed and maintainedRequired SkillsBachelor's degree in AccountingFinance (CPA preferred MBA a plus)Minimum 15 years' experienceExperience within Technology Services or Advertising Agency Digital Media companies is highly preferredExperience with both FP&A and Income Accounting Billing Ops HC-Compensation ManagementExperience managing a large, multi-functional finance teamExperience working within a business unit of a public corporation with multiple P&Lsdepts is highly preferredExperience with labor-based cost tracking is highly preferredMust have advanced accounting, analytical and reporting skills with strong business acumenVery strong management skills. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualificationsskills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
