We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing great customer service.Job Description Summary:This position provides seasonal support to the Accounts Receivable department for Licensee and Volume Saving customers. This is a seasonal role, and the pay rate is $21.50 per hour.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Fulfills daily requests for issuance of gift cards for order fulfillment. Ensures adequate inventory of all packaging materials necessary to process gift cards.Processes all outbound packages and mail utilizing UPS PC and USPS postage meters. Ensures all orders are properly secured until tendered to UPS US Postal Service.Ensures all gift card accounting reports are updated daily. Assist the Lead Accounts Receivable Coordinator with month-end reporting of issuing logs.Maintains records, logs, database and files pertaining to gift cards and customer orders & billing.Researches all gift card returns; contacts customer following receipt of gift card complaints or issues.Matches daily documents to daily pick listsissuing log to ensure correct addresses are used.Assists with daily sorting of interdepartmental mail.Manages telephone communications professionally and efficiently, providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.Provides backup assistance for requests literature requests, processing of emergency shipments, verification of packaging, and shipping labels to Quantity Discount Volume Savings customers.Performs special projects as assigned by management.All See's staff must be committed to the company's core principles and workplace values, including a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated PC proficiency including MS Word and Excel; 10-key by touch required.Good verbal and written communication skills; excellent attention to detail.Able to regularly lift 20 lbs.Provenability to learn new technologiesquickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.See's is an EOESee's will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance #131192 and Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00).
