Administrative AssistantProduction CoordinatorThe candidate must enjoy working with data, since data input & processing is a key part of the role.Hours are between 8.00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.Responsibilities:Provide general administrative and data entry support to the Production CoordinatorUpdating and maintaining the Customer Maintenance Division and always ensuring accuracyUpdating and maintaining Maintenance SpreadsheetsEntering Contracts into QuickBooksInvoicing Customers from QuickBooksExperience with QuickBooks is requiredWho we are looking for:Organized, analytical and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail.Highly pro-active; always a step ahead and on top of tasks at hand whilst keeping an eye on the long-term goals of a projectStrong communication, able to relay instructions and decisions clearly both verbally and in writingTo be able to demonstrate workload prioritization, focus to tasks and personal time managementA creative thinker who looks for opportunities to improve existing processes,Independent, a quick learner and comfortable taking on responsibility and testing new solutions and systemsExperience in using Microsoft Office Suite is required (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise is requiredA flexible attitude, unphased by unexpected change and ambiguityA professional individual with a good sense of funSkills required:Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and proceduresProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook, in particular)Proficiency in QuickBooks EnterpriseHands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA creative mind with the ability to suggest improvementsHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plusThis is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business and to be a key part of a dedicated team.
