The Head of Business Execution - Integrated Client Engagement, will report directly into the Head of Integrated Client Engagement (ICE) for Wealth. It will form part of the COO and ICE leadership team. Integrated Client Engagement is a new organization within Citi responsible for enhancing the partnership between Wealth and the broader Citi franchise, with a focus on Banking (Investment Corporate Commercial) and Markets, to deliver Citi products and services to our end clients across business divisions to drive incremental commercial opportunity. ICE also leads the market planning function across Citi Wealth. The Head of Business Execution - Integrated Client Engagement will assist in managing the day-to-day aspects of the business, refining the strategy and value proposition, designing the optimal operating model and implementing a framework and governance model that drives business results successfully and consistently across all global regions. The Business Execution Head coordinates and manages activities such as the tracking of business financials, employee headcount, audits, business continuity, regulatory issues and other administrative needsad hoc projects as necessary. This role will manage a small team of professionals. They will also be responsible for end results, budgeting, planning, policy formulation and significant contribution to future strategy of the group. The role will reinforce and support management across the group function, with focus on fostering a culture of controls and accountability. The job is likely to be involved in both internal and external negotiations. The role will drive medium- to long-term plans and execute functional strategies requiring global coordination and integration across business divisions, primarily Banking and Markets. A solid conceptualpractical grounding and or experience within Investment Corporate Commercial Banking Markets is necessary in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business, as well as thorough understanding of the strategic direction of the function within both Citi Wealth and Banking Markets.Responsibilities:Execute against key priorities and strategy for the ICE business across multiple countriesjurisdictions and business divisions Ensure strategic goals that guide future growth and development of partnership activity are prioritized and translated into tactical business plans with mechanisms for key measurements in place to monitor progressEnsure stakeholder buy-in for strategic initiatives, including key stakeholders across business divisions including Banking and Markets and translate initiatives into execution plans Set goals for ICE and ensure tracking and measuring are in place for all initiativesIn certain instances, responsible for client engagement to manage client experience and complex client situationsDevelops medium- to long-term plans and executes functional strategies requiring coordination and integration across unitsLead business routines & program manage strategic initiativesOwn resource allocation, productivity initiatives and realization of cost efficiency Drive culture and people initiativesAct as delegate for ICE head when required in certain meetingsOversee the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting, and oversight of budgets, financials, operations, human resources and compliance by way of systems, processes, workflows, procedures and the assessment of existing environments and anticipated changesEngage in cost management activities as appropriateMonitor strict adherence to governance and ensure risks are addressed, setting high standards of professionalism across all functionsAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assetsManagement responsibilities for a team, including management of people, budgeting and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, etc.Has authority to negotiate and make independent decisions on issuesactivities that have critical impact or influence on ICEDevelop business cases to drive strategic partnership across Banking Markets + Wealth that give Citi a competitive advantage with clientsRoutinely work with senior leaders across Banking Markets to drive partnership activity and measure resultsQualifications:15+ years of relevant experience in financial services Strategically minded with track record of execution excellence Hands-on orientation with the demonstrated ability to set up internal processes to communicate and resolve issuesProven financial acumen, critical thinker with ability to provide an impartial, consultative and solutions-oriented approachComprehensive knowledge of general IT infrastructure, Human Capital Management (HCM) and financial advice-related complianceDemonstrated leadership and management abilities with commitment to client and team member experience, goals of practice and productivityDemonstrated strategic planning, delegation, financial reporting and budgeting skills Consistently detail-oriented, goal-oriented and able to work in a teamExcellent communication skills required in order to influence a wide range of audiencesPrior success working in a large, highly-matrix and complex organization; able to set priorities and 'triage' in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentTechnical knowledge, in-depth knowledge of Profit and Loss (P&L) and understanding of end to end business operating systems.Customer focus; record of achievement in applying a customer mindset to shape solutions and approachesEducation:Bachelor's degreeUniversity degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferredLicenses; Series 7, 66 (or 6365) and 24 (or 910) Job Family Group: Business Strategy, Management & AdministrationJob Family:Business ManagementTime Type:Full timePrimary Location:New York New York United StatesPrimary Location Full Time Salary Range:$250,000.00 - $500,000.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
