We are known for our strong culture, detailed training program, quality food and service, quality of life, and our passion for your growth and development.Job Description:The Front of House Manager responds to the General Manager and is responsible for all front-of-house (FOH) functions on an opening, mid or closing shift including guest relations, supervision of all FOH staff and staffing levels, proper restaurant ambiance, housekeeping and set-up, food & beverage quality, safety, and pace. The Front of House Manager ensures the shift is run in a smooth manner and attends to any unexpected problems or emergencies that may arise. Each Front of House Manager is assigned a FOH department (i.e., Host, Server, etc.) and a profitcost center such as Smallwares or Repair & Maintenance for which he or she will be responsible for the staffing, scheduling, financial goals and staff development of his or her assigned department.Qualifications:COVID-19 Vaccination2-5 years in a high volume, full service restaurantSafety and Sanitation complianceCost Labor ControlsStrong leadership and communication skillsKnowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPointReliable, dependable and motivatedAble to work 10 hour shifts with extensive standingwalkingP&L knowledgeServSafe Food Manager + Alcohol Awareness Certification a +Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation and a bonus package.
