About the jobThe Capital One Travel team at Hopper built and maintains a multi-billion dollar travel portal which provides delightful travel experiences for millions of customers. As the Senior Product Manager, Customer Experience, you will partner with a team of Engineers and Designers, to deliver a best in class digital travel experience. You will write business cases to frame new opportunities, own a product development roadmap, lead sprint planning for a dedicated team of engineers, and obsess over customer feedback to prioritize the most critical product enhancements and new feature launches. You will work in a fast paced environment and be responsible for driving real impact.What would your day-to-day look like:Conduct product discovery to inform new feature development, ingesting feedback from multiple channels, ensuring engineering capacity is spent on the most critical featuresCreate and maintain a product development roadmap that clearly highlights the customer and business impact of your workPartner with a diverse team to develop and deploy customer facing features, including Design, Engineering, QA, Legal, Finance, Marketing and our B2B ClientsManage engineering sprints. Work with a dedicated engineering squad to test and launch new features at a steady cadence.Facilitate learning. Hypothesize and AB test critical features to drive understanding and seek product-market fit for the work on your roadmap.Obsess over data. Become intimately familiar with customer behaviour, incentives and purchase patternsOwn the experience. Base salary will be determined by candidates' relevant qualifications, knowledge, skills and work experience.
