One of America's most beloved and iconic restaurants, Gramercy Tavern has welcomed guests to enjoy its contemporary American cuisine, warm hospitality, and unparalleled service since 1994. Chef Michael Anthony's fiercely seasonal menu consists of elegant dishes with a rustic influence that showcases the restaurant's relationships with local farms and purveyors. The one-michelin starred restaurant can be enjoyed through two distinct dining experiences: the Tavern and the Dining Room. The Tavern serves an la carte menu in a vibrant and more casual setting. The Dining Room offers five course seasonal menu that is driven by the green market. Who you are:The General Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring a superior guest experience through excellent hospitality and service. The General Manager partners with the Director and Executive Chef to set, meet, and exceed the goals of the business by ensuring alignment with the mission and goals of the business and the vision and core values of Union Square Hospitality Group.
