Outside Sales Representative

Bronwick Recruiting is searching for an Outside Sales Representative for our client in the Long Island, NY market. Our client is a developer and distributor of tools, specialty supplies, and equipment used in the fabrication and restoration of surfaces for residential, commercial, and industrial markets.RESPONSIBILITIES:Travel daily within the territory to meet with customers in face-to-face sales calls. Customers include stone and tile fabrication shops so experience in this industry is a MUST.Service existing accounts, establish new accounts, enter orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential accounts.Deploy local sales strategies and tactics while meeting assigned accountsterritory revenue, product margins, and sales goals.Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.Prospect for new accounts using social networking, internet, and trade publications.Utilize analytical modeling to initiate needs and make recommendations for expansions, new facilities, new equipment, etc.REQUIREMENTS:MUST have at least 2 years experience in B2B distribution sales (Stone, Tile, Fabrication, Construction)MUST have at least 1 year experience either working in the stone, tile, or fabrication industries.Travel Required:80% Travel with some overnight stayCOMPENSATION:Total Comp = $70,000 - $90,000+Base $50,000 - $55,000Full BenefitsVehicle reimbursementReimburse gas and cell phone
