Position Overview:The National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and managing all key accounts acrossthe United States and Canada to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and enhance brandpresence. This role encompasses both sales strategy development and hands-on account management.Reporting directly to senior management, the ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional withexpertise in B2B sales, distributor relationships, and retail operations. Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution:Develop and execute national sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.Identify new business opportunities, product placement opportunities, and untapped markets to drive growth.2. Account Management:Directly manage relationships with key accounts, including distributors, retailers, and other partners.Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales activities, contract negotiations, and pricing agreements.Ensure consistent follow-up and support for customers to strengthen relationships and promote long-term loyalty.3. Market Development:Expand the company's footprint in the U.S. and Canada by identifying and acquiring new customers.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine strategies and capitalize on opportunities.4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting progress and opportunities for improvement.5. Brand Representation:Represent Kapro Tools at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.Uphold and promote the company's brand image, values, and commitment to quality in all interactions. Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.Experience:7+ years of hands-on sales and account management experience, preferably within the tools or hardware industry.
