We'll enable growth and progress together.Cybersecurity Operations Senior Solutions Architect - Senior Vice PresidentTeamThe Cybersecurity Operations (CSO) Strategy, Services, and Roadmap team (SSR) operates within the Cybersecurity Fusion Center organization to coordinate and facilitate adoption of medium- and large-scale solutions to all Cybersecurity Operations teams. SSR also provides strategy planning, development, and execution as well as resource optimization and total Book of Work management for CSO teams.Cybersecurity Operations (CSO) minimizes risk and potential impact of cyber incidents through rapid response, efficient communications, intelligence-enabled analysis, and continuous exposure & vulnerability management. With a focus on emerging technologies, CSO is made up of best-in-class talent, providing hardened-but-simplified security operations for Citi staff, applications, infrastructure, and networks. The Cybersecurity Fusion Center (CSFC) provides the backbone of cyber operations, connecting and enabling the operational teams in CSO to efficiently address ever-changing threat and regulatory landscapes.We are seeking an experienced security solutionsproduct manager to oversee and drive the most important strategic efforts within Cybersecurity Operations. This specialist will be responsible for refining requirements, developing project plans, oversight of developmentimplementation, and management of closureongoing support plans of medium to large projects. This position reports to the CSO SSR Group Manager and has joint accountability to the Global Heads of the Cybersecurity Fusion Center and Cybersecurity Operations.ResponsibilitiesManagement of technical technicalsecurity projects and products from identification of need to deployment and continuous improvementSeek out areas of improvements within Cyber SecOps teams by improving efficiency in new product adoption and capability creationManage CSO tooling with Security Engineering teamsEvaluate systems and processes spanning multiple Cyber SecOps teams to ensure maximum efficacy and utilizationLiaise with internal and external parties (e.g., internal partner teams, security vendors, service vendors, auditors, etc.) for product and program managementCoordinates with platform and development stakeholders across the Firm to swiftly remediate defects that block cyber teams' activitiesProvide direct support to product users during development, user testing, and deploymentCoordinate and communicate project updates with stakeholders to keep them apprised of development statusDevelop and continuously oversee the Capability Strategy for CSOSupports major project roadmapping to ensure proper resource availability and dependency managementAssists in coordination of CSO budgetary managementContributes to and represents prioritized requirements in regular strategic planning reviews with senior CSO and CISO leadershipRequirements8+ years' experience working on Cybersecurity projectsprograms with 4+ years' experience with Agile product managementVerifiable experience deploying solutions in ServiceNow SIR and VR SaaS modulesStrong proficiency with Jira as both a programproject management and issue management suiteDemonstrated experience in deploying medium-to-large scale security and data solutions with stakeholders and requirements spanning multiple organizations and seniority levelsProject experience with Agile methodology, vendor engagement, and management consultingimplementation2+ years of security systems analysis or development experienceSuperior organizational and communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and secure buy-in from multiple levels of stakeholders and peer teamsDiverse problem-solving experience gained from driving change-leadership activitiesAbility to translate and structure less-defined technical and business requirements into measurable tasks and milestonesExperience working in cross-functional teams across silos and organizationsSuperior organization and communication skills, with experience managing many tasks, stakeholders, and dynamic priorities simultaneouslyProven ability to listen to all levels of peers and stakeholders to ensure solutions identified support the most critical, if not all, needs as well as ability to ensure appropriate resource availability.Job Family Group: TechnologyJob Family:Information SecurityTime Type:Full timePrimary Location:New York New York United StatesPrimary Location Full Time Salary Range:$176,720.00 - $265,080.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
