Employees are further expected to provide a high quality of care, service, and kindness toward all patients, staff, physicians, volunteers, and guestsJob Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Radiology Manager to oversee our radiology department. The Radiology Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the department, maintaining high-quality patient care standards, and managing a team of radiology technologists and support staff. Hours are 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to day operations of the Radiology Department, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols. Manage and optimize radiology equipment and resources to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to radiology technologists and support staff. Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate diagnostic imaging services. Monitor departmental performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction. Participate in budget planning and management for the radiology department. Stay informed about advancements in radiology technology and best practices and implement relevant changes to improve departmental operations.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field(Master's Degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in Radiology, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.
