In this role, you are responsible for working directly with our internal team as well as the client to ensure that each event's unique needs are met and we continue to offer an unparalleled experience, from our first guest arrival to last guest departure."This role will pay an annual salary of $70,000 to $75,000.For FT roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 12 holidays).This position will remain open until April 11, 2025ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining the daily operational needs to ensure successful service based on each event in accordance with the policies and procedures set by the departmentUnderstanding and maintenance of the facilities in collaboration with the Venue Management TeamActive participation in captains' meetingsAbility to identify and rectify challenges in relationship to the facilities that could hinder the execution of serviceMaintain communication with the Events Team, Edge Team, and the Peak Restaurant FOH team throughout the eventOpen and direct communication with the event producer to ensure all aspects of the evening are executedOversee the setup, service, and breakdown of each event in accordance with the client's needs and the needs of the VenueManagement of the Equipment Associate team throughout the setup, service, and break down of the eventOversee the organization, cleanliness, and service standards as set forth by the houseEnsure all guests receive excellent service and hospitality throughout the eventWork in unison with the Peak FOH team to ensure that guest arrival and departure is easy and clear on our Level 5 loungeManage guest arrival and ensure safe departure of all guests and RHC staffCommand a proficient understanding of the facilities, DOH and DOB guidelines, as it pertains to the needs of the departmentReport all successes, issues, or areas of improvement to Senior Venue ManagerQualifications5+ years in operations managementFlexible schedule based on events needsExemplary interpersonal and communication skillsTeam management and development skillsExperience creating and maintaining SOPsFinancial acumen, managing labor, purchasing, vendors, and quality controlAbility to effectively plan and execute the operational needs of the Venue
