Endeavor is also the majority owner of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company comprising UFC and WWE.Overall Scope of RoleAs a Manager, you'll be responsible for elements of the financial reporting and consolidation supporting On Location IMG Events leadership to provide timely, data-driven reporting and insights to inform decisions around the Olympic and Paralympic Games (Milano Cortina 2026, LA 2028).The role will also play a key role in support the Event Accountants' onsite finance delivery for the events, particularly in Milan from Feb 2026 and LA June to August 2028.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesPrimary ResponsibilitiesOversee forecast and monthly monitoring of revenue, including streamlining processes and supervising account reconciliationsSupport P+L leaders in the consolidation of forecasts and monitoring of core economics of the eventLead projects model development to answer specific questions related to financial performance or strategic initiatives and identify recommendations to drive resultsConduct quantitative analysis of operational and financial data, including monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance analysis, channel and product analysis, pipeline analysisMaintain consolidation of the Olympics long-range plan financial models and scenario analysisAssist in scaling and automating processes for financial and operational reportingPartner with the Olympics and broader OL accounting teams as needed on monthly reporting, cash forecasting, and forex strategy and planningCollaborate with sales leadership on commission planning and calculate commission payments to sales teams on a monthly basisEnsure consistency in invoice payment tracking across Point of Sale and Accounting systemsOther Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of the employee's activities, duties, or responsibilities for this job. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
