The Data Center Business Operations team is seeking a technically minded Business Operations Strategy Manager to support the Cost and Schedule programs for the global data center organization. In this role, you will be expected to help define the strategy and direction for key business processes, analytics and tooling while prioritizing across competing projects. You will play a key role in shaping and executing programmatic strategies while serving as a strategic partner across Data Center Construction, Operations, Engineering, and various other Infrastructure teams.Operations Strategy Manager ResponsibilitiesHelp shape program strategy and vision, establish shared goals, and work with cross-functional partners and leaders across the organizationDrive roadmapping and prioritization for technical initiatives across the team's domain of Cost and ScheduleCollaborate with Engineering and business owners to define program requirements, set priorities, and establish scope which includes defining the long-term strategyManage cross-functional dependencies, risks and changes by effectively optimizing scope, schedule and resources accordinglyConvey a data-driven story to technical and non-technical audiences around key business insights, in collaboration with key cross-functional partnersApply your in-depth subject-matter knowledge in the utilization of data to inform and influence key business decisions for the global data center organizationDefine and analyze key metrics to manage program health, mitigate risks, demonstrate impact and enable continuous improvementDevelop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholdersMinimum Qualifications10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or technology infrastructure4+ years of experience with SQL (or equivalent)4+ years of experience working with data visualization tools, including using advanced functionality (e.g. data blending)Experience working with financial data and technical teamsExperience navigating trade-offs utilizing data, drawing conclusions, and defining recommended actions across technical and non-technical groupsDemonstrated experience in communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, collaborators and partners, to drive impact at different levelsPreferred QualificationsMS or MBA in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, or similar discipline)4+ years of experience in program or technical product managementExperience turning complex and ambiguous problem statements into structured solutions while working in a highly cross-functional environmentConsistently works under your own initiative, seeking feedback and input where appropriateFor those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click here for additional information.
