Our store teams are the heart of Leap and we need to find the best and brightest team to be the face of our Malbon Golf store coming to DC November 2024! We are seeking Part-Time Sales Associates who embody the spirit of Malbon Golf culture, customer experience, and lifestyle.What We're Looking For: Create exceptional customer experiences by wardrobing each customer based off their needsAble to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast paced environment whilst servicing customers Participate in general store maintenance; cleanliness & upkeep of storeSupport the initiatives of the leadership team to drive sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellenceModel reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business; including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special eventsSupport other brands in the marketcluster that are under the Leap umbrella for new store openings, activations andor for additional coverageEmbraces learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, apps, etc.; experience with Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Office is a plusCapable and willing to perform opening and closing tasks in the store; potential to carry store keysTechnical golf knowledge and awareness of current trends + events requiredMust be at least 18 years of ageOne or more years of customer service andor retail experience; background in similar category preferredComfortability working withusing a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbsMaintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.
