The DHN is a network of high performing HUD certified housing counseling and housing service providers in the City of Detroit dedicated to creating healthy neighborhoods and advancing racial equity in our communities by increasing housing stability and affordable homeownership for Detroit residents.The goal of the Program Manager is to ensure efficient and impactful delivery of housing services to Detroit residents through the Detroit Housing Network (DHN). The position requires a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in nonprofit housing services, relationship management and driving organizational change. The program manager will manage integrated program partnerships, ensure quality results in partnership with a team of DHN Program Managers.The rate of pay for this position is $ 80,769 per year (FLSA Exempt).Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Program Management of Detroit Housing Network Support the onboarding new housing service programs into our single point of entry system in partnership with CHN's internal DHN team, service delivery partners, Program partners and funding partners Develop service delivery standards for each program to be followed across the network Oversee quality control and program results, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Share best practices and program information with network service delivery staff and program partners to promote strong command of housing service delivery across the network. Ensure alignment with DHN goals and objectives for all integrated programs Supervision and Leadership Oversee the coordinated delivery of housing service programs between DHN Members, Service and Program partners. Manage the relationship with Program Partners whose programs are integrated into DHN Promote collaboration among members and program partners to enhance integration and efficiency. Facilitate meetings to achieve program objectives, ensure alignment, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and promote network collaboration. Subject Matter Expert Serve as Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) on housing programs within the City of Detroit, Wayne County and across the State of Michigan, and relevant federal programs. Provide SME feedback and support for each member's program adoption and continuous improvement. Champion Housing program initiatives, efforts, and advocacy across the region serving as a thought-leader to external partners in the ecosystem. Technology Implementation Collaborate with external stakeholders to coordinate technology build outs, implementation, and continuous improvement; foster relationships that allow for the efficient and integrated exchange of information between organizations. Utilize technology to implement coordinated case management, data standards and measure the efficiency, effectiveness and need for services. Identify and address technical training needs of DHN Members and Program Partners. Reporting: Support grants and reporting for Detroit Housing Network Programming. If program requires regular reporting to funder(s), prepare and submit reports in accordance with funder submission procedures. Use reports to identify issues andor opportunities within the network. Continuous Improvement on Service Delivery Collaborate internally and with all DHN stakeholders to continuously improve programs Contribute to ongoing network improvement efforts by relaying feedback from service delivery partners regarding issues and opportunities that need attention. Other duties as assigned. Perform additional tasks as required to support the overall success of the DHN Education andor Work Experience Requirements:Required:Education: Bachelor's degree andor 2+ years of related work experience.Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in program management or a similar role. Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships. Skilled in managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, customer service environment. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to resolve issues independently. Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated experience working with and serving diverse populations.Skills: Expertise in stakeholder relationship management and program management, helpful if housing services. Experience in quality assurance and performance evaluation to support program success. Strong process orientation with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. High level of professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to producing high-quality results. Superior oral and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
