As a core leader of our Product team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. Your Role: You will lead a team focused on new product offerings for hedge fund and fund allocator clients You will work with business client service teams to gather product ideas and formalize feedback You will construct business cases including market opportunity and pro forma economic projections for the global management team for evaluation and prioritization You will partner with the business, define, sponsor and steer investment initiatives. Your team will assist IT and be part of the scrum that develops technology productscapabilities You will visibly represent Citco's capabilities to the market through active participation in campaigns, industry events and direct sales opportunities You will maintain and develop expertise and keep abreast of market trendsdirection and competitors. You will collaborate with the other product teams on prioritization and reuse of functionality. You will be involved with horizon scanning for disruptive technology. You will direct and lead approved partnerships facilitating additional revenue opportunities You will interact with clientprospect senior management. You will provide technical and industry knowledge to clients. You will act as SME to help Citco enhance client relationships and attract new clients by participating and attend industry forum events. You will collaborate with marketing teams to build Citco's brand and reputation in the marketplace, including speaking at events, writing white papers and other brand building activities.About You: You have at least 10 years experience in alternative investments operationsmanaged services You have at least 5 years experience in product management including accountability for product P&L You have directly managed hybrid teams across multiple timezones You have an extensive understanding of fund managementadministration including trade life cycle, investment operations and investor reporting You have a fundamental understanding of emerging data management technologies You have skills in negotiation, influencing, mentoring and guiding. You have strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals.
