While we focus on working with the Fortune 1000, we also work with Fidelity clients of all sizes.The Expertise You Have6-10+ years of experience in an equity compensation consulting firmSignificant equity valuation experience under ASC 718 and stock plan industry knowledgeA.S.A., F.S.A., E.A., C.E.P. andor other applicable credentials preferredThe Skills You BringYou are knowledgeable in equity program design, legislation, accounting and regulatory requirements (FASIASSECIRC)You have proven interpersonal and leadership skills including the ability to build relationships at multiple organizational levelsYou have outstanding collaboration skills and demonstrate experience in leading enhanced client relationshipsYou have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsYou are a leader with self-motivation and determination to succeedYou have a strong ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced work environmentYou have an ability work within budgeted timeframes to maintain client profitability without sacrificing qualityThe Value You DeliverProviding advice to Chief Financial Officers, Rewards leaders, and FinanceCompensation teams regarding their stock compensation programs and other rewards programsReviewing and leading a variety of recurring and one-time projects including ESPP financial reporting, ESPP design, equity award valuations (i.e., Monte-Carlo simulations for rTSRTSR, profit interests, options, etc.) and assumption setting, Pay vs. Performance, equitycompensation program design, burn-rateoverhang benchmarking, peer group analysis, etc. Independently lead technical accounting, disclosure, and valuation projects related to stock plans and provide project oversight for the teamTraining associates and consultants to ensure continued development of the staffIdentifying process improvements and working with a team to prioritize and implement improvements to existing projectsHandling client budgets and setting expectations and client timelines. Preparing responses to RFPs and RFIs for new prospects and participate in new business meetings with prospects as neededCollaborating with internal business partners across diverse subject areas to develop and implement effective solutions on behalf of our clientsThe base salary range for this position is $103,000-$218,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
