This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry, significant independence, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service throughout the Long Island area.Key Responsibilities: Signing up new pro accounts, effectively growing our customer base Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Understand client project requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions Drive sales growth and meet financial targets by managing relationships with professional customers Review customer feedback and competition to improve local strategies and competitive positioning Working with local showrooms to foster relationships within store salespeople Work to find new business opportunities. I.E Conduct site visits, follow up on leads from local events, etc. What Wren offer: $65,000 base pay, (85k On Track Earnings) On the road full time, 40 hours Monday- Friday (occasional weekends) Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Employee Discount, 15 days of PTO, 6 paid sick, and 7 paid federal holidaysAbout YouWhat You will bring to Wren: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a focus on contractor or construction industry sales preferred Valid Driver's License, and ability to obtain DOT Med card (company paid) Bilingual preferred Ability to thrive independently
