They are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to help support their financial planning efforts and contribute to long-term strategic goals, ensuring robust financial health and continued success across all operations.Job DescriptionLead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with retail sales goals and profitability targets.Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities in retail performance, providing actionable recommendations to drive growth and profitability.Collaborate with leadership and merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to align financial plans with the company's strategic retail objectives.Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting key drivers and areas for improvement.Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess retail business valuation, store performance, and inventory management.
