Our team is our #1 priority, and we have been named one of Inc.'s Best Workplaces 3 years in a row!Your Impact: The Senior Technical Engagement Manager (TEM) plays a lead role in the delivery of client solutions to Fortune 1000 Insurance carriers. You will be in the driver's seat of critical deployment, change management & eventual success of our operational products for top-tier clients. You will oversee project timelines, drive status updates, and provide day to day operational leadership with our delivery team. You will leverage your skills from business systems analysis to project management to provide an unparalleled experience for EvolutionIQ's clients.What You'll Achieve (Performance Outcomes): Provide quality technical & business service delivery for top-tier clients, ensure that we are tracking towards client renewal or expansion. Provide day to day project management and delivery of EvolutionIQ solutions for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring delivery meets customer requirements on timeParticipate in internal & customer-facing conference calls, demonstrations, and presentations. Advocate for the client and provide an "outside in" perspective.Support other business and operational development initiatives, as requiredDevelop a good understanding of insurance claims data and EvolutionIQ's solution capabilitiesWeekly status updates and escalate project risks to clients and the delivery teamDocument client business rules, requirements and processes and ensure proper configuration of the platformAbout You (Key Competencies):5+ years experience account and project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering solutions while meeting Enterprise level client needs and deadlinesAbility to balance client needs with budget and capacityEffective communication skills across teams with both technical and non-technical people; along with strong ability to communicate complex problems Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation with Excel and other analytical toolsBackground working with data, as an analyst, consultant, or in a client management capacityExtreme self-starter and self-motivator, holds self to extremely high standards, and inspires others to do the sameAbility to handle the ups and downs of early startup lifeEnthusiasm for team work and pair workKind, empathetic, polite and professionalTakes pride in providing a high level of serviceDetail-oriented, organized, process-drivenRequirements and processes and ensure proper configuration of the platformWork-life, Culture & Perks: Compensation: Competitive salary and meaningful equity.
