Working with top-tier brands on flawless campaign executions will help you grow in your role and get first-hand experience with the overall creator economy while receiving exceptional training from our tenured Client Services team. You will act as the central resource that brings in the right expertise at the right time!Here's what you'll do day-to-day:Social Media: Operate with creators on multiple platforms to include Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and more (especially new, emerging platforms). Influencer Management: Source, negotiate, contract and manage creators across multiple campaign projectsCreative Briefing: Issue creator facing briefs and lead day-to-day communications for content development and launch in market and build strong relationshipsContent Review & Quality Control: Work closely with the Campaign Manager to give feedback and approve on all creator content. Tasks include compliance checks for FCC protocol, IP, alignment with brief and more.Campaign Performance: Work closely with the Manager on overall campaign management, data capture and wrap reportsMiscellaneous Team Support: Ensure campaigns and day-to-day operations run smooth and adhere to timelines to include all administrative tasksHere's what we're looking for:One plus years experience in the general influencer landscapeAn affinity for social media, content creators andor experience is a plus!Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skillsA creative & curious mindset and a can-do attitudeBe a team player, willing to roll their sleeves up and dive inThis hybrid role, based in Hudson Yards, NY, offers flexibility and collaboration, allowing you to choose any three days a week to work from our vibrant office. This position combines the best of both worlds, offering the freedom to balance in-office interactions with remote work flexibilityThe salary range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000. This salary band serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for this role.
