About the RoleOur Partnerships team is growing! We're seeking a Channel Account Manager for the East Region. In this role you will develop the channel strategy for the region, and execute on that strategy with existing and new channel partners. You have strong experience managing the Eastern Region, and working closely with National Partners.What You'll DoEvangelize, enable and develop go-to-market strategies with the channel communityManage a portfolio of high performing channel partners to achieve partnership goals including sales objectives and marketing activitiesServe as the SME for all partner related activity within your sales regionsBe a trusted advisor and business partner to the Cyberhaven sales teamDevelop best practices to engage with channel partners, escalate issues and set clear expectations with partners on working with CyberhavenDevelop partner specific account plans to include annual & quarterly goals, marketing support, requirements, etc.Adhere to and support various program guidelines, rules, and measuresMeasure and report on the success of regional partnersHelp with recruitment, training, and on-boarding of new partnersMeasured on: DR goals, Pipeline goalsWho You AreWe are looking for an individual who understands the channel business and how to grow and manage a region.
