About the role: CHANEL is looking for a Specialist, VIC (Very Important Client) & Client Development Engagement to join our New York Home Office Team in New York City. You will play a leading role in helping to coordinate and steward best in class client experiences for CHANEL top clients, evolve the top client program, and engage with teams at all levels and departments across the organization as well as directly with top clientele. In this role you will partner closely with the Specialist, VIC & Client Development Strategy, the Manager, VIC & Client Development as well as with the Senior Group Director of the team in coordinating and managing top client engagement and focusing on seamless execution of client experiences, gifting programs, and client development opportunities. This role, which requires an exceptionally high level of organization, will be filled by someone who will help the team execute the highest level of client engagement and utilize a strategic, organized, and detailed approach to the maintenance and development of the VIC program. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience (preferably within an EventsPRHospitality field), an exceptionally strong sense of organization and attention to detail, an understanding of luxury service and product, and a passion for problem solving with a client-centric approach. What impact you can create at CHANEL: Coordinate and organize top client events both domestically and internationally. Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,500 through $95,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [maywill] be offered for this position.
