TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Sr Director of Project Management to join our team in Manhattan, New York.Pay Range: $175 - 205k annually, based upon skills and experience. Relocation available. Job Summary: Seasoned professional with comprehensive, end-to-end experience in tolling, spanning both back-office operations and roadside systems. Lead and manage complex electronic tolling projects from inception to completion.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of tolling projects, ensuring seamless integration between roadside systems and all interfaces.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk mitigation plans, and resource allocation.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, operations, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.Monitor project performance, implement process improvements, and drive accountability across all stakeholders.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Mentor and guide project managers and team members to foster professional growth and development.Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (required).Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).Typically requires minimum of 10 years of experience managing electronic tolling projects, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of both back-office operations and roadside systems to deliver end-to-end solutions.Strong understanding of tolling technologies, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks.Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
