Fast Growing OrganizationOpportunity to join a PE backed OrgAbout Our ClientOur client specializes in providing sustainable solutions for new and resale medical device markets, delivering high-quality and affordable medical equipment to healthcare providers worldwide.Job DescriptionFinancial Reporting & AccountingManage the preparation and timely delivery of financial statements, ensuring GAAP compliance.Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with an emphasis on efficiency and internal controls.Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions to ensure accuracy and operational optimization.Direct the annual audit process, working with external auditors to ensure clean and timely results.Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)Provide financial leadership in acquisition due diligence, analyzing financial statements, conducting risk assessments, and performing quality-of-earnings (QoE) adjustments.Oversee post-acquisition financial integrations into ERP systems, ensuring alignment with accounting policies and procedures.Partner with the CFO to monitor and report post-acquisition performance metrics and ternal Controls & ComplianceDesign, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and enhance reporting accuracy.Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local financial regulations, including tax filings and regulatory reporting.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance financial controls.Strategic Financial ManagementCollaborate with the CFO and executive team to develop financial strategies aligned with growth objectives.Prepare and present detailed financial reports with variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.Support decision-making with scenario modeling and data-driven insights.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
