Some of the services that they offer include asset management, portfolio construction, capital markets support, regulatory advisory etc.Job DescriptionCoordinate Loan Closings: Facilitate all aspects of new loan deal closings, including reviewing agreements, managing funds flow, and notifying lenders.Maintain Credit Arrangements: Ensure loan documentation aligns with credit approvals, establish accurate credit structures, and oversee ongoing updates to credit facilities.Process Loan Transactions: Manage daily loan operations such as rate settings, borrowings, repayments, prepayments, and invoicing for interest and fees.Monitor Specialized Lending Products: Oversee transactions for products like securitizations, leasing, and collateralized loans, ensuring proper compliance and accuracy.Resolve Discrepancies: Troubleshoot transaction issues, reconcile discrepancies with treasury or borrowers, and ensure accurate cash movement.Ensure Compliance: Uphold adherence to regulatory and internal standards, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all loan administration activities.
