As a critical player in advancing the adoption and engagement of Figure products, this role is central to our go-to-market strategy and marks our first dedicated position for this initiative. You will collaborate closely with our channel marketing team, revenue operations, and sales to design and implement impactful marketing strategies and campaigns across diverse channels.What You'll Do:1. Marketing Campaign Execution and OptimizationSpearhead the strategy and execution of sophisticated marketing campaigns to reach and acquire target B2B partners through our partner channels (including mortgage lenders, banks and credit unions) and hit aggressive SQO targets Tactics such as email marketing, webinars, digital marketing, social media marketing, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, and event promotion and follow-up campaignsIdentify and leverage optimal channels to drive awareness, engage, and acquire partners across all B2B verticalsCollaborate with sales and content teams to develop positioning and messaging that is targeted and relevant to each partnership verticalContinuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-backed and qualitatively relevant optimizationsImplement lead scoring and nurturing workflows in Hubspot2. Sales Enablement and Partner EngagementPartner closely with the sales team to develop and maintain marketing collateral, including for new products and upsell motions Partner with with the sales and partner success teams to drive partner adoption of the Figure product suite post-saleEnsure all messaging is consistent, compliant with industry regulations, technically accurate, and compelling!Adapt marketing materials to address specific partner value propositions, use cases, and pain pointsWhat We Look For:6+ years of experience in B2B MarketingMortgage industry, lending, and financial technology experience is a big plus4+ years of experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub and best-in-class marketing automation tools with stand-up campaigns, reporting, campaign management processes, and attribution from scratchProven experience in implementing and managing ABM strategiesProblem solver, willing to get their hands dirty.
