What We NeedWe're looking for a strong seller eager to drive new revenue, specifically with deep experience working with either GroupM agencies on the East Coast. The ideal candidate is a hunter, ready to close business through strategic and consultative approaches focused on marketer outcomes, while capturing the majority share of wallet.What You Can Expect In This RoleDrive revenue by acquiring, building, and cultivating relationships across GroupM agencies and the brands they representWork collaboratively with agency peers within Yieldmo, gaining a deep understanding of the unique goals, needs, and structures of GroupMWork closely with Account Management, Ad Operations, and Sales Planning to ensure client campaign expectations are communicated and metBuild and manage a pipeline to achieve new business revenue goals, focusing on key GroupMProvide continual training and product updates to clients as new features are added, positioning Yieldmo's creative-first and premium supply solutionsRepresent Yieldmo at industry events and meet with clients in person to foster and strengthen relationshipsLeverage your existing network within GroupM to drive product adoption and showcase Yieldmo's unique valueIdentify and close strategic upselling opportunities by understanding core client business needs within these agenciesRequirementsAt least 3+ years experience in programmatic and digital advertisingAt least one year of sales or new business development experienceBABS or equivalent combination of education and experienceEstablished relationships with contacts at top-tier agencies within GroupMHands-on experience with at least one of the following Exchange Mechanics via a SSP, Ad servers, andor DSPsTeam-oriented, with the ability to build relationships and rapport within and across teamsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel for in-person meetings with clients and industry events.Hiring ProcessSelect candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
