For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: SummaryThe E15 manager for the Kia Forum and Intuit Dome will spearhead the delivery of analytics and insights to our operators and partners at both properties. In this role, you will be responsible for working with Levys Vice President of Hospitality and Director of Operations, and the partner Strategy & Analytics team to produce analytical insights and technology recommendations for hospitality initiatives. Additionally, this position is responsible for establishing and advancing the methods, processes and standards of analytics and partner service that fuel the innovation that is driving Levy Operations forward. Responsibilities:Manage relationships with key client and Levy stakeholders and understanding their overall strategies and business objectivesDevelop specific knowledge about the venues, including physical configuration, proposed technology, and operational processesDevelop and deploy optimal pricing, product, placement, and promotion strategies for concessions and premium points of distribution based on team objectives and fan feedbackIdentify opportunities to change existing product offering or distributionDevelop reporting (heat maps, dashboards, slide decks, status updates) standards and formats for partner and operator end useCommunicate key guest insights and potential action itemsAnalyze and build optimal solutions around variable labor and cost of sales managementLeverage available artificial intelligence, consumer insights, and emerging technology tools to drive guest experience and profitabilitySupport, manage, or directly complete ad-hoc analytics projects as needed or requiredSupport for strategy development of new technology initiatives in cooperation with the partner strategy departmentLead business review process to share performance updates and opportunities Ideal Qualifications:Self-starter who is eager to learn the business and drive insightsAbility to develop and own stakeholder relationshipsAbility to work collaboratively in a consultative role3-5+ years of experience in quantitative, analytical consulting, andor client-facing businesses as well as experience interacting with internal organizational leadershipBachelors andor Masters degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, or a related fieldExperience in Excel with experience in financial modeling a plusExperience using SQL, R, Python, PowerBI, andor Tableau for data analysisExperience in using data visualization tools, visual features of statistical software tools or Powerpoint to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiencesCan share examples of using data to solve complex problemsFood service operations awarenessexperienceExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsProactive approach to problem solving and adding value Expectations:Expected to work most of the work week from partner site(s) with occasional attendance at events will be expected.
