In this roleat FMP, you will have the opportunity to:Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities using an established change management approach, such as ProsciAdkar.Evaluate customer adoption of system functionality, including stakeholder identification, impact analysis, user readiness assessment, risksresistance, progress monitoring, success measurement, and return on investment analysis.Create actionable deliverables in line with an overall change management strategy, such as communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plete change management assessments.Coach program and project teams on change management strategies and execution.Develop end-user and stakeholder engagement strategies.Apply and enhance your strong technical andor project management expertise across a broad range of strategic human capital, industrial-organizational psychology, organizational effectiveness, learning solutions, and other exciting projectsContribute, develop or direct the development of a wide variety of deliverables (e.g. reports, tools, strategic approaches, briefings, or data analyses)Ensure product delivery is according to plan, create appropriate documentation and facilitate meetingsAdhere to established configuration and change management principlesEnsure collaborative communications and knowledge transfer is accomplishedManage project schedule; communicate key deliverables and requirements to stakeholders, vendors and customersReport qualitative and quantitative data about the project to customer and all stakeholdersBe part of a high-performance culture that values client service, freedom, and collaborationRapidly grow in a constantly evolving and entrepreneurial environmentQualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Government Administration or related field and 5-7 years of relevant work experience; OR a Master's degree in similar field and 3-5 years of relevant work experience.Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).Seven (7) years of experience consulting with a specialization in business and operational process change related to IT systems.Seven (7) years of experience implementing communication strategies, including the development of customer-facing deliverables. Experience working in an Agile environment - working as a part of teams to iteratively develop products.Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences (orally and in written form).Ability to effectively collaborate across organizational barriers to accomplish high priority and high visibility goals.Demonstrated skill in:Effective communication (oral and written)Being attentive to detailDeveloping positive, professional relationshipsReport writing and document preparationUsing Microsoft Office Applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Problem solving; analysis; critical thinkingBalancing multiple priorities and tasksAbility to obtain a security clearancePay Range: $95,000 - 130,000 commensurate with experienceDisclosures: Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
