We support IT organizations by bringing precision technology and operation models that achieve mission capabilities and performance success.Position DescriptionLCG Growth Team is seeking a a skilled Business Process Analyst (Mid) (Part Time) to support the operations, maintenance, and enhancement of critical business systems and workflows for the client's organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze system and workflow requirements, and implement effective solutions to optimize operations.Duties and Responsibilities Manage internal and public-facing SharePoint sites, ensuring a consistent look and feel. Maintain permissions, perform updates, and support site governance in alignment with NIH security and privacy standards. Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials. Provide Section 508 compliance for NIH forms and online content. Troubleshoot and resolve service requests, coordinate maintenance with NIH IT teams, and perform root cause analysis. Develop, update, and maintain custom workflows in SharePoint Online using Power Automate. Implement dashboards for tracking approvals, lifecycle processes, and metrics for key programs for the client organization. Provide training and testing support for newly implemented workflows. Assist in the operations, maintenance, and enhancement of business-critical systems. Support database administration, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide application support. Ensure all systems comply with NIH, HHS, and federal security and privacy requirements. Develop user guides and training materials to support system usage and functionality. Work with program leads and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Provide recommendations for process optimizations and enhancements based on analysis. Ensure new developments and enhancements align with industry best practices and organizational needs. Ensure Section 508 compliance across applications and supporting documentation. Develop reports and dashboards based on user feedback and evolving system needs.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis, system administration, or application support. Proficient in SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 environments. Experience with .NET application development, SQL Server database management, and Agile methodologies Preferred: PMP, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or equivalent certification.Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in creating workflows, dashboards, and 508-compliant documentation. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced pensation and BenefitsThe projected compensation range for this position is $83,900 to $102,300 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. The target salary is $92,600 per year.
