And will require 30-40% travel to the Assigned Hotels!****A successful candidate should have major branded hotel experience and revenue management systems certifications.****(Marriott, Hilton and Upscale, Lifestyle Resorts is a plus)Position Overview:This position will be assigned to a portfolio of hotels and is primarily responsible for the analysis of revenue maximization efforts for the entire portfolio of AFP Management Corporation Hotel Portfolio of 10 Hotels. More specifically, the position is responsible for the maintenance of company revenue management standards in concert with brand requirements through property visitation, specific auditing, and measurement of hotel revenue performance against established goals and forecasts, recommend and coordinate pricing and positioning for hotels, and supply critical analysis on assigned portfolio effecting pricing, occupancy, revenue goals and yielding strategies. Regular updates and solicitation of feedback with the Operations team, General Managers and Sales and Marketing team will be the core of the Revenue Management communication of strategies.Will have oversight of 10 hotels ranging from 191 - 300+ rooms both branded and independent with Annual Revenues of $140M in Total Revenues.Position will have Area Revenue Managers reporting to them and will directly report to the VP of Sales and Marketing.Conduct weekly consultations with hotels and assist in implementing and analyzing strategy changes.Proactively identifying trends and changes in the market.Optimize market segments in conjunction with sales departments to maximize municate strategy changes with executive team.Review historical information and reports to optimize previous sell strategies.Performs demand analysis including reviewing the competitive set.Actively participates in forecasting and budgeting at the property and market levels.Responsible for ongoing OTA and channel management.Conducts, with the property level team, group displacements and analysis.Responsible for Owner Meetings and Presentations focused on Hotel Revenue Performance.Job RequirementsMust be proficient in brand systems and willing to learn other brands (i.e., Marriott, Hilton and Independent Resort Branded Luxury Hotels.)Proficient in MS Office programs, especially MS ExcelKnowledge of GDS, CRS, interactionsExcellent oralwritten communication skills to all staff levels, and a strong attention to detailBachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to prepare and analyze data figures and transcriptions prepared on and generated by computerKnowledge of computer accounting programs, math skills as well as budgetary analysis capabilities requiredStrong administrative skills, to include business writing, mathematics for basic accounting and knowledge of Microsoft Office programsMust have strong forecasting skillsPersuasive communication and training skills requiredFive or more years of Hotel Revenue Management, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance preferredThe ideal candidate has a well-rounded experience base that includes a range of geographical assignments and lodginghospitality industry experienceBenefits:Full benefits package included for full-time employees!Health, Dental and Vision InsurancesDisability InsurancesLife Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanVacation and HolidaysAMAZING HOTEL DISCOUNTS to any property in the AFP Mgmt.
