You will drive success by implementing scalable systems to ensure all Vivvi campuses are meeting standards of excellence related to financial health, program excellence, and family and staff experience, while also serving as a motivational leader for Campus Success Managers, helping them achieve individual and organization-wide goals. ResponsibilitiesAs a VP of Campus Success, you will...Serve as primary leader and point of contact for all matters related to campusesOversee Campus Success Manager(s) and provide tactical support related to licensing, program, family experience, employee experience, facilities, and enrollment to individual campuses as neededImplement and improve systems to monitor program quality; review data regularly and translate into immediate corrective action as well as long-term improvement initiativesEffectively liaise between corporate team and campus teams, ensuring that priorities, feedback, and project plans are communicated positively and proactively and that all stakeholders are held accountable to relevant deadlinesProduce high quality network-level deliverables such as calendars, playbooks, and toolsLead professional development efforts in partnership with Curriculum and Learning ManagerEnsure all campuses meet goals for budget, faculty and family retention, and enrollmentQualificationsYou are set up for success in the VP of Campus Success role if you have...15+ years progressive professional experience5+ years of experience managing leadersBackground in operations within the education space; familiarity with early childhood education and associated regulations strongly preferredTrack record as senior leader in matrix or multi-unit organizationProven ability to develop goals and drive outcomes to meet financial and operational benchmarks; competence in Excel and Google Suite requiredExcellent project management skills including the ability to hold stakeholders accountable to deadlinesAbility to create high quality deliverables such as memos, presentations, and quantitative analysisExceptional EQ and problem solving skillsBenefitsThe perks of joining Vivvi as a VP of Campus Success include...Salaried role with the targeted compensation range being $150,000-$190,000 per yearInvestment in your growth and skill development as a member of the growing Central Office teamCompetitive pay including stock optionsComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, commuter, 401k, etc.)Flexible paid time offDiscounted child care Ability to work in our Tribeca office andor be present on our NYC-area campuses 3 days per week required.
