If you are looking to join an innovative startup-style company that has the support of an internationally recognized brand, we encourage you to apply and join our US team!THE ROLE:We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our Keyrus US office, motivated by a passion to deliver value for our customer's data technology solution investments by developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that result in faster adoption, increased proficiency, and minimize resistance.This role also includes contributing to a growing Strategic Advisory practice and participating in practice development activities such as developingenhancing practice offerings and marketing collateral. Role and Responsibilities:Develop change management strategies and detailed plans for change initiatives that demonstrate an understanding of the customer's business needs by tailoring solutions to those specific needsCoach customers and project team on change management principles and their practical application in a project contextEvaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and tactics used to promote adoption using quantitative (user metrics, surveys, etc.) and qualitative (observations, communications, etc.) techniques and revise plans, if needed, based on resultsConduct ongoing riskimpact assessments and provide support throughout the project to determine potential challengesbarriersresistance and identify corresponding risk mitigation strategiesWork closely with customer project owners to ensure expected benefits are realizedCoordinate change management implementation activities, ensuring execution aligns with overall plans, commitments to customers, and schedulecost targetsCoordinate with project managers ensuring alignment between change management and technical implementation plans for the initiativeDevelop and execute (or supervise others executing) stakeholder, resistance management, communication, and training plans.Develop and deliver communications assets related to the change management plan, e.g., email communications templates, web content, etc.Develop and deliver training assets related to the change management plan, e.g., training slide decks, webinars, job aids, video shorts, FAQs, etc.Contribute to the growth and development of Strategic Advisory practice by participating in activities such as developingenhancing practice offerings, marketing collateral, blogs, etc. Skills and Knowledge:Proven experience and knowledge of change management methodologies and practices, particularly in the context of technology implementationsExcellent communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skillsA solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change processExcellent active listening skills and attention to detailAbility to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organizationAbility to analyze complex issues and facilitate decision-making processesExcellent critical thinking skills and ability to adapt and be flexible as project conditions warrantAbility to work independently with customers, be proactive, take initiative, and self-manageStrong technical skills utilizing Microsoft 360 tools (e.g., Power Point) for high impact presentations andor facilitation of engagementsAbility to learn new technology quickly and translate the benefits into training and communications assetsProject management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Education, Marketing, Technology or equivalent 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, technology implementation, organizational change management, trainingeducation, or related field (alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience is required)Experience with data technology solutions such as data warehouses, data lakes, andor data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.Desirable QualificationsAdvanced degree or change management certifications (e.g., Prosci) preferredWhy Keyrus?We are a Great Place to Work Hybrid model based in New York We offer a challenging environment where you'll work with cutting-edge technologies in the consulting world We provide competitive benefits and multiple opportunities for professional growth.
