The Tribeca X Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and help organize the 2025 Tribeca X program. Part of the larger 2025 Tribeca Festival taking place June 4-15, Tribeca X recognizes the best brand-funded stories of the year through a juried competition and celebrates the intersection of advertising and entertainment through a live event program. This multifaceted role will: oversee competition submissions and coordinate the awards selection procedure; support the event's programming; and assist in the production of the event itself. ABOUT YOUOur ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, a creative problem solver, and collaborative. They will proactively anticipate needs and obstacles and work to prevent any problems. Previous experience working live events, ideally festivals or industry talks, as well as experience in the brand storytelling and advertising landscape. Above all, you must be an effective communicator to successfully represent Tribeca X both internally and externally. RESPONSIBILITIESFor Awards:Support screening process Collect and manage relevant Official Selections materials:Collect headshotsbios, project files, descriptions, still images, and any relevant releasesOrganize copy for finalist press announcementProvide design team with materials for Official Selections sizzleSupport team with copywriting for Official Selections announcement via press release and websiteServe as point of contact for all Official Selections teamsProvide teams with Festival access and credentialsShare social toolkits with Official Selection teamsOrganize and communicate relevant schedules and invitations for Awards Ceremony and accompanying receptionRespond to any hospitality inquiriesCoordinate jury deliberations in collaboration with Artist Relations teamSupport production of Awards CeremonyInvite all Official Selections teams to X Awards Ceremony and track RSVPsOversee Official Selections teams' reserved seating and winner announcement processOversee winner photo ops with photographer and Communications teamCollect winners' information for Communications teamSupport the wrap of Tribeca X:Send statues to winners not in attendanceOrganize and file contact informationOrganize and share participant releases with Tribeca legalComplete Festival wrap reportsFor Live Event:Collect and manage relevant speaker materials, including:HeadshotsBiosAny audio, video, presentation files for panelParticipation releasesSocial toolkits, to be shared with participantsSupport manager with copywriting and management of program announcement via press release and websiteSupport manager with creation of moderator packetsBuild, manage, and share speakerpanelist schedules and call sheetsSupport manager with talent glam and transportation requestsSupport manager with updating and tracking master grids and spreadsheetsWith partnership activation team and manager, collect all event sponsor logos and ensure all contractual obligations are met both digitally and onsite REQUIREMENTS 1-3 years experience as a coordinator working in festivals or supporting live events with brand content experience, talent relations, or awards selectionHighly organized and process-driven with a strong attention to detail Experience managing budgets and spending Able to manage stressful situations while remaining customer service oriented Have strong proficiencies in all or most of Excel, Word, Google Drive, Powerpoint, Slack, Airtable, and similar Willing to work both remote and onsite during the FestivalSALARY: $900-1,000weekThis position is seasonal, estimated contract dates are January 27th - June 15th ABOUT USThe Tribeca Festival brings artists and audiences together to celebrate storytelling in all its forms - from film and TV to music and audio storytelling to games and immersive content.
