Service Transformation Project: Senior HR Operations Analyst The organization we are currently partnering with is undergoing a Service Transformation Project and is seeking a Senior HR Operations Analyst for a 12-month contract. The role will support process improvement efforts, documentation, and collaboration with Centers of Excellence (COEs). This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about driving efficiency in HR operations while contributing to a transformative project. Candidates should be prepared to showcase their expertise in process analysis and their ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Location: Remote, United States (Flexible hours; majority of the team operates on EST) Duration: 12 months Start Date: January 2025 Hours: 40 hours per week Key Deliverables: Writing and documenting processes and workflows. Partnering with COEs to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for employee support. Streamlining HR operations by evaluating and improving existing workflows. Ideal Candidate: 3-5 years of related experience Experience working in an HR Generalist or HR Operations capacity is highly desirable. Strong business analysis background, ideally with exposure to large tech companies. Experience with service transformations. Familiarity with tools like Workday, ServiceNow, or Agira. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Proven ability to deliver process documentation and improvement initiatives effectively. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Process Analyst to join our People Operations and Shared Services team. This individual will play a critical role in evaluating, analyzing, and improving HR processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and employee support. Key Responsibilities: Map and evaluate existing HR business processes across departments. Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities using data analysis and stakeholder input. Document current and future state processes, including detailed process maps and SOPs. Collaborate with stakeholders to align process enhancements with organizational goals. Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation. Conduct root cause analysis and apply structured problem-solving techniques. Define and monitor KPIs to measure success and sustain improvements. Assess the impact of changes on systems, employees, and functions. Create change management plans and communication strategies for smooth adoption. Provide training and support for new tools and processes. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement and innovation. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or ServiceNow. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience managing multiple projects independently. Knowledge of project management and change management methodologies. Exposure to service transformation projects in HR environments.
