Whether someone is dealing with a crisis or long-term difficulties, our aim is to support their healing journey and help them live more fulfilling lives.The Vice President of Operations at Mindful Care is a critical member of the leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the seamless execution of the company's strategic goals. This role oversees the infrastructure, systems, and processes that enable Mindful Care to deliver high-quality mental health and telehealth services at scale. The VP of Operations will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and foster a high-performance culture that prioritizes patient satisfaction, team accountability, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Operational Strategy & Execution - Develop and execute operational strategies that align with Mindful Care's vision and long-term goals. Oversee the development and implementation of scalable processes and systems. Monitor operational performance and proactively address gaps to ensure success. Leadership & Team Development - Lead and mentor department managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance standards for operational teams. Build and develop a high-performing team that drives operational efficiency. Patient Experience & Quality Assurance - Champion a patient-first mindset, ensuring all operational activities enhance the patient journey. Implement quality control measures to maintain Mindful Care's high standards of care and service delivery. Collaborate with clinical and patient services teams to optimize outcomes. Resource Management - Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and ROI. Ensure facilities, technology, and operations are optimized for scalability and cost-effectiveness. Manage technology and tools that streamline operations and improve service delivery. Data-Driven Decision Making - Leverage analytics and KPIs to make informed operational decisions. Establish robust reporting frameworks to track and communicate performance metrics to leadership. Use insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Risk Management & Compliance - Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, particularly in healthcare and telehealth operations. Maintain an adaptive approach to address industry trends and challenges. Qualifications: Education: MBA or equivalent Proven experience as a VP of Operations, Director of Operations, or similar leadership role in a healthcare or telehealth setting demonstrating the ability to create and implement strategies to scale a multi-statemulti-site enterprise. Deep understanding of operational management principles, especially within a scaling organization. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams. Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization. Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations in the mental health and telehealth industries is a plus. Position & Schedule Type: Type: FTEScheduleHours: 40 hoursLocation: The candidate must based in the New York Tri State area and will need to report to both HQ and our NYC office one day per week (minimum of 2 days in-office per week). Compensation: $160,000 to $200,000 Up to 20% annual performance based discretionary bonus Equity Incentive plan options depending on experience * Actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual's qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
