What This Position is All AboutAs the Executive Assistant (EA), you are responsible for managing and coordinating key tasks for a select group of executives within SFA. The Executive Assistant performs a wide variety of administrative and project support to the corresponding Executives. The Executive Assistant demonstrates a high level of trust and confidentiality in their communications and support to leadership, which is crucial to the efficient and professional operation of the team and leaders.Who You Are:You get things done by engaging in high level teamwork and flexing your interpersonal skillsYou are organized and able to handle multiple tasks and Managers with a sense of urgency, while making sure all Managers feel equally supportedYou are a natural problem-solver, who is also intuitively analytical and creativeYou have the ability to work in a fast-paced work environmentYou take charge in difficult situations and find solutions with very little directionYou understand the importance of confidentiality, diplomacy, and discretionYou feel comfortable with change and can pivot quickly with poiseYou Also Have:Relevant experience working with an executive team in a corporate environment is a plusExpert level proficiency with MS Office and Google SuiteStrong attention to detailStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent time management skillsAs The Executive Assistant You Will: Effectively manage calendars and schedules, prioritize appointments and proactively resolve scheduling conflictsCoordinate and manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotel accommodation, car rental, and providing directionsEnsures all expense claims are reconciled and submitted in a timely mannerPrioritize emails, phone and in person inquiries and respond accordinglyDrafts, seeks approval, and sends out communications as per Executive's requestProvides general information and refers inquiries to appropriate contactsCreates engaging executive presentationsOrganizes and schedules meetings and special events including creating agendas, contacting participants, booking rooms, organizing catering, and arranging for travelparking as requiredEfficiently assist with planning executive meetings, offsites, summits as neededAssisting with projects as assignedAd hoc responsibilities as neededYour Life and Career at SFA:Be a part of a team of disruptors focused on stores and redefining the luxury experienceExposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities, from retail to supply chain, or corporateA culture that promotes a healthy, fulfilling worklife balanceBenefits package for all eligible full-time Associates (including medical, vision and dental)An amazing Associate discountSalary and Other Compensation:The starting salary for this position is between [$75,000 - 80,000 annually].
