The successful candidate has built and managed a growing a team of Sales Engineers and Sales Associates that has grown sales annually at a 20+% growth rate.Responsibilities:Build a high-performance sales team by setting clear goals, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and driving individual growth through tailored coaching, mentorship, and performance improvement plans (PIP).Manage day-to-day team activities fostering a collaborative high-performing sales culture, inspiring and motivating team members to create enduring wins.Setting clear sales objectives and goals aimed at supporting corporate strategy.Act as liaison between customers and internal leadership teams for key accounts.Lead complex price negotiations by balancing client needs with profitability, effectively communicating the value of customized solutions to secure competitive opportunities.This position does require traveling to clients, approximately 25%-40% travel is required.
