This role is hybrid with 3 days per week in office and flexibility to work out of our New York, NY or Iselin, NJ offices. What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industryYou will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to worklife balanceYou will join a culture that has received multiple top "Places to Work" awardsWe believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutionsWe understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundationShowing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best workNumerous Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support our Belonging effortsWhat Work You Will be Responsible For:Responsible for overall administrative team success and productivityStrategically oversee the tax administrative processes across departments, refining procedures to ensure consistency and operational alignmentApprove and manage assigned colleagues' overtime and PTO requests in accordance with local complianceEnsure deadline compliance for assigned administrative functions and projectsWork with senior leadership to lead process optimization initiatives within the tax administrative function to enhance efficiency and streamline workflowsWork with senior leadership to develop and implement standard operating procedures for tax administrative processes ensuring consistency and compliance across the teamServe as senior liaison between the tax administrative department and executive leadership, providing regular updates on department performance, critical tax deadlines, and any issues that may arise, as assignedLead the development and implementation of advanced administrative systems and processesRemain up to date with new technologies to maximize team productivity and efficiencyOversee training and development programs for administrative colleaguesCollaborate with appropriate firm leaders for any performance or employee relations issuesPerform duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field8+ years of progressive administrative experience, including at least 3 years of supervisory responsibilities, preferably within professional servicesExperience with administrative technologies and tax return workflow systems such as XCM, client portals, and other related programsPreferredDesired Qualifications:Proven change management and leadership experience, including the ability to assist in managing transitions, implementing new systems and processes, and ensuring smooth departmental adjustmentsExperience managing hybrid administrative teams across multiple geographiesProven track record of leading complex projects and managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across teams and levels to meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills with proven ability to think strategically and address challenges effectively and innovativelyAbility to handle sensitive client data with discretion and professionalismStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a teamDemonstrated ability to drive firm-wide initiatives and improve operational efficiencyAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe SuiteAbout Our Tax Team:As the largest service line within the firm, EisnerAmper's Tax Group not only provides trusted and innovative tax solutions to its clients, but it creates new opportunities for employees to grow, both personally and professionally.
