Manager of Care Delivery - RNHealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Care Delivery - RN to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in White Plains, NY!Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Care Delivery - RN Oversee a team of 4-5 community nurses Coordinating care, managing staffing and resources, handling documentation, conducting investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM one remote day after 90 days Required Qualifications for Manager of Care Delivery - RN Active NY Registered Nursing license 5 years of clinical experience Leadership experience 3 years of home care experience Preferred Qualifications for Manager of Care Delivery - RN Bachelor of Science in Nursing Completed NYSED-approved infection control coursework Managed long-term care insurance experience beneficial Case Management Certification recommended within 2 years of the employmentBenefits for Manager of Care Delivery - RN Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage 401(k) +Match Pension and Annual Bonus Pay Details: $120,000 - $125,000 AnnuallyInterested in being considered?
