The qualified professional selected for this role will be allowed to work out of their Boca Raton, FL or New York City office. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: Standard business Setting: Primary Care GYN practice Patient Population: Adults Responsibilities: The Operations Manager will: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals, considering the unique challenges and opportunities in the healthcare industry Assist with budgeting and financial management within the healthcare network Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of staff Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and patient care Coordinate the maintenance and functionality of healthcare facilities, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory standards Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction Develop and implement plans for emergency situations to ensure the healthcare network is well-prepared to handle unexpected events Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Operations Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business (MBA or higher) Will not consider online Degrees from University of Phoenix Southern New Hampshire State University Previous experience in Healthcare Required Will not consider candidates from Visiting Nursing Services Community Healthcare Network Computer savvy Solid problem solving and time management skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized
