Job Summary:The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding invoices. This role plays a vital role in maintaining a healthy cash flow for the organization. The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 per year. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Our employees also receive Paid Time Off (PTO), Holidays and Floating Holidays.Key Responsibilities:Manage the collections process for outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment from municate with customers regarding payment status, outstanding balances, and payment terms.Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, including payment history and contact information.Generate regular reports on accounts receivable aging and collections performance.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to resolve billing and payment issues.Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.Process payments received and apply them to appropriate customer accounts.Perform account reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies.Monitor customer credit limits and provide recommendations for credit extensions or reductions.Requirements:2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the Accounts Receivable Specialist position and it is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities.At Soho Studio LLCTileBar, we are committed to fostering a workplace that embraces and celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion.
