Candidates must have experience working with DP Levels 3-10, TOPS Program, and HOPES (Elite Coaching Experience a plus). Candidates must also have strong spotting abilities, think creatively in a busy gym, be a team player, and be able to critique athletes in a positive manner.Primary ResponsibilitiesCoaching Primary Optional LevelsImplement team training plan as designed by the Head CoachKeep all USA Gymnastics professional certifications and memberships currentTravel with competitive team to all meetsAssist with other team coaches as neededOther business-related duties deemed necessary by supervisorsThis is not comprehensive list of responsibilities, which can change at any time at the discretion of your supervisor. QualificationsAbout You:You are dependable, energetic, and passionate about gymnastics and working with children. You enjoy working in team environment and exhibit a positive attitude. You have:A minimum of five years' experience coaching DP Women's competitive levels 8-10Extensive knowledge of and enthusiasm for gymnasticsAbilityto work evenings and weekendsKnowledge and experience with the TOPS and Hopes (Elite experience is a plus)Excellent spotting skills in all gymnastics areas, specifically on bars and vaultThorough knowledge of skill progressionUSA Gymnastics Safety Certification & SafeSport CertificationsAbility to create andor follow lessons plans that fit within the program curriculumExcellent customer service and communication skills, internally and externallyMust maintain professional and courteous manner at all timesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailLegal authorization to work in the United States
