Crdit Agricole CIB has launched and deployed an Innovation program, with the objective to accelerate innovation and to reinforce the innovation culture within the the USA, the Head of Project Management & Innovation (PMI) is in charge of deploying the approach locally with the support of the Innovation Relays within each Business Line and Support Function.Your concrete missi ons will be the following :Implementation of innovation approach:Help coordination the various initiatives of the innovation approachParticipate to the innovation watch, including the FinTech watchEncourage ideas generation via the facilitation of workshopsParticipate to the facilitationorchestration of the local innovations communitiesCoordinate the implementation of innovation projects, resulting from the innovation approach For example:Crdit Agricole CIB is implementing Robotics & Process Automation (RPA) : you will coordinate the local implementation of UiPath, will support the analysis of local processes to find new candidates for RPA, and will follow-up on the RPA process in coordination with the central team in Head Office.For Artifical Intelligence: you will do the coordination between local end users and Head Office teams to implement AI usecases for the AmericasAdditional task could be as followed: Preparing periodic communication (newsletters, ad-hoc communication on events, i.e. talks) for the Bank on innovationShadowing opportunities which include: collaborating with senior and junior mentors; completing assigned projects; attending meetings; giving presentations; participating in formal training; attending speaker series, networking and social events.
